1. About us
Aero Mobile Valeting is a mobile car valeting and detailing service owned and operated by Nelan. We operate throughout the UK and come to the customer's chosen location to carry out the booked service.
2. Services
We provide hand-finished exterior and interior valeting and detailing packages as described on our website. All services are performed to a high standard, but the result may be limited by the existing condition of the vehicle, age of paintwork, or prior damage.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed once we agree a date, time and location with you. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are a guide and may vary based on vehicle size, condition and location. A final quote will be agreed before the service begins. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
5. Customer responsibilities
You must provide safe access to the vehicle and a suitable working area. We do not require access to your water or electricity supply. Please remove any valuables or personal items from the vehicle before we arrive; we are not liable for loss of personal belongings.
6. Liability
We take every care while working on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by weather after the service, or normal wear and tear. Any concerns must be raised at the time of service or within 24 hours afterwards.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will aim to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
